I’m running into a strange issue.  I uploaded a new add-on to my server, and went to install it, as a super admin on EE 2.5.0.  The module wasn’t showing up, though.  So I double checked everything…logged out/in, cleared cache, cookies, etc. Nothing.

Next, I tried logging in with my phone, which is on a different network, and now I could see the add-on and installed it fine.

Now go back to my regular computer, and it doesn’t show up. This is happening for a few recent entries we posted as well.  Some users can see them, others can’t.

I can’t seem to narrow it down to any specific OS/Browser/Network either.  Any ideas?

So I just upgraded to 2.5.3 to see if that would fix the issue.

I went to install by going to site.com/admin.php and it takes me to my 2.5.0 CP!  Super weird.  I went to the same location on my phone, and now I get the standard upgrade dialog.

For whatever reason, my main computer won’t show current content (using Chrome, IE, Firefox on Win 8 and OSX)

Turns out it was an internal network issue.  Our internal www was pointing to the old server that the site was hosted on.  We pointed it to the new IP, flushed DNS cache and now everyone is good to go.  Thanks.
