I’m trying to use an iframe in a wiki entry using the wiki module. I create a page, edit it, and in the entry’s content text area enter:

    <iframe src=“http://www.google.com” width=“540” height=“400”></iframe>

When the entry is saved I do not see the iframe, but the code shown above as text as if the iframe tag is being ignored.

How can I enable iframes on wiki entries? We are using the wiki to display tutorials which need to show flash swf demos in the article using an iframe.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hey there away3d,

Are you using bbcode or XHTML in your entries?

Can you throw this in and see what it does?

    [[iframe url-source attributes]]

    Please let me know!

    Cheers,

    Thanks for your help Shane.

After looking around a bit, I tried the following bbcode iframe tags with no success:

    [iframe]http://www.google.com[/iframe]
    [[ iframe <a href="http://www.google.com">http://www.google.com</a> ]]
    [iframe=http://www.google.com]700,450,1[/iframe]

    Regarding my settings:
    Text formatting for artcicles: XHTML
HTML Formatting for Articles: Allow ALL HTML

I don’t see the BBCode option but I know tags like [Category:Fruits] are working.

Hopes that helps you help me :D

Let me add that what we need more precisely is to embed swf demos within wiki content, not iframes themselves, but those seemed to be the possible solution at the time.
