Ok heres my story so far
Iv installed expression on my server. I keep trying to run install wizard and I keep getting the same error (see above)
Line Number: 1532
Thats the error. Iv even tried sending in a blank install but still get the same error.
Iv been on to my hosting company who checked it out and they said all is good and there should be no problem all files are setup correctly.
I think Im just missing something very small or doing something very silly.
If anyone has any idea’s Please let me know

Let’s do a really simple test.  We have a server wizard you can download.  It just runs some tests to make sure the host is a good fit for ee.  As part of that, it can check your db connection.  It’s very simple and it’s completely stand alone. 

Grab a copy, unzip, ftp it up.  Open it up in the browser- how do you check out there?
