This question may be related to a resolved thread.
The problem is the same (I cannot save a publish layout), but the rest is different.
The Save Layout link in not working all i.e. does not cause any visible activity.
There is no error in the console, and the layour_group_submit link has a href of ‘#’.

Hi Wojtek D,
I am sorry for your trouble here, but I’m gonna need a good bit more information.
What version of ExpressionEngine are you using? Were able to save layout before and now you can’t? Is this a clean installation or an update?
Do you have any 3rd party add-ons that interact with the publish page? Better Workflow for example?

Hi Dan, there must have been a JavaScript error somewhere - I disabled a few modules and it worked. Please delete this thread as it does not contain any helpful information on what the bug was - I didn’t find a solution, it just fixed itself. Thanks!
