When I go to edit content, I see the following errors at the top of the screen:

    A PHP Error was encountered
    Severity: Notice
    Message: Undefined index: filename
    Filename: libraries/File_field.php
    Line Number: 77

    A PHP Error was encountered
    Severity: Warning
Message: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /srv/www/www/expeng/system/codeigniter/system/core/Exceptions.php:170)
    Filename: core/Common.php
    Line Number: 412

Is this something that others are experiencing as well?  Is there a solution?  I am also getting a database error when I try to submit content:

    A Database Error Occurred
    Error Number: 1054

Unknown column 'ns_navigation_tab__navigation_image' in 'field list'

    SELECT `ns_navigation_tab__navigation_image` FROM (`exp_channel_data`) WHERE `entry_id` = 1224

    Filename: libraries/File_field.php

    Line Number: 244

    Any suggestions?

    Hi The Glenn Group,

    This bit here:

    ns_navigation_tab__navigation_image

Are you using any add-ons from Newism? Those prefixes aren’t part of ExpressionEngine natively.

Can you check that for me?

    Cheers,

That is referencing a third party module that handles the navigation on our home page.

    Hi The Glenn Group,

Would you mind removing the Add-On for testing? I think Dan was hinting at the fact that this might be the cause.

You might also make sure it is up to date.

    Cheers,

I know that the add-on is the problem.  I’m just trying to figure out what exactly is causing it.  I’m going through all of the code for the module now, so I’ll report back here if I figure it out.

    Thanks!
