Safecracker and Matrix after update EE 2.4.0 to 2.5.3

I was EE 2.4.0 and Matrix 2.4.3.
Today I updated my EE to 2.5.3 version.
After that, if I add entry through Safecracker, Matrix don’t save image.
If I add entry in CP, all right.
By process of elimination, I realized that the problem appears when a file safecracker_lib.php is updated version EE 2.5.3.
So it was what the changes are made that prevent normal upload images.
Please help me.
