Hi,

We’re currently building a mutliple manager site with Carththrob.

We’ve created quite a few custom fields as there are a number of different templates and we haven’t as yet found a way for a channel to use more than one field group or to share fields across multiple sites.

I know this issue has cropped up before but wondered what the best solution is.

Basically, if you could share fields across sites that would solve it. But as it is when trying to create the 8th site (we need 9, but maybe more in the future) we came across the error where the database could no longer add any more columns to channel_data.

The table is MyISAM and have tried converting to InnoDB but that failed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
