Dear Support
As the admin for my client’s site I have set up various entries. I now need the client’s staff member to update these entries.
However even after I change the “Author” to the Editor/Manager and these entries show the author as the Editor/Manager.
When they try to access them they get
“An Error Was Encountered
You are not authorized to access this page” .
Any ideas on solving this issue please?

Hello Cheryl,
It sounds like the Editor/Manager group does not have the correct permissions to edit the channel you are attempting to edit. Can you double check the permissions for that group?
I think that will be the key!
