I have a MSM install that currently has 3 sites running off of it. I just bought a license for a 4th site. I installed the new MSM files, went from 2.1.0 -> 2.1.3. When I click on the “Create New Site” button I get the error below…
Fatal error: Call to undefined method File_upload_preferences_model::get_file_upload_preferences() in /var/www/vhosts/gppcpa.com/httpdocs/gpp/expressionengine/controllers/cp/sites.php on line 303
Any idea? Thanks!

Hello TGP,
It sounds like you have a version mismatch. If you are using the latest version of MSM, then you will need to be on version ExpressionEngine 2.5.2.
What versions are you running?

I have version 2.2.1 installed. Is there any way around this?

Hello TGP,
Not that I know of. If you are using the latest version of MSM, then you will need to use the latest version of ExpressionEngine.
