I have recently upgraded PHP and MySQL to versions (PHP 5.3) and (MySQL 5.5) in preparation for EE 2.6 all has gone well (I am running a VPS on Plesk) but my PHP info file still shows that my Client API header version is on 5.0.95.

I have done a full server restart and when logged in to the server all the changes have gone through fine. Will this cause a problem or is there an easy way to fix it?

I appreciate this may be a server question but would be grateful of any help.

    Thanks,

    Hi Gareth,

Check with your host on this. That’s in reference to the MySQL client for PHP, not the MySQL server. Your host will be able to answer your questions on this and update your MySQL client if necessary.

    Thanks!
