Not sure what’s happening, but I’ve followed the update docs step-by-step a few times now.
When I get to step 5, admin.php is just a blank page for me.
Any ideas?

Hey Josephs,
I am sorry to hear you are running into this problem.
Did you get a chance to run the Server Wizard?
Can you please try this and see if you get an error we can use?
Thank you,

Hi Shane, thanks for getting back to me 😊
I ran the Server Wizard and everything in the “Supported” column was marked with a Yes.
Either way, I can still keep running 2.4.0 until I can upgrade to 2.5.2 ..
Cheers

Just followed the debug instructions and found this error:
Failed opening required ‘/system/installer/config/constants.php’ in /system/codeigniter/system/core/CodeIgniter.php on line 56
I checked for /system/installer/config/constants.php and the /system/installer/config/ directory doesn’t exist.

I can see why now, my FTP application was set to ignore /cache/, /config/ and /uploads/ uploads!
I remember setting it up like this so I could synchronise (kind of like rsync) via FTP with my local version.
Let’s see how we go after I upload those directories!

BOOM and we’re all done!
Thanks for the help Shane! 😊
