I seem to be having a similar issue where I can’t register new users using the control panel. This is with the main admin account that is part of SuperAdmins. I can fill out all of the fields in the “Register New Member” screen but when I hit the “Register a New Member” button, the page just refreshes with all of the values. No user is created. I turned on debugging but cant see any errors. *Editing* an existing user does work.

Any ideas? This worked in the past so I’m not sure what’s going on now.
I do have a few custom fields and the “Stand-alone member edit” and “Stand-alone member register” modules, is there maybe a conflict?

What version are you having trouble with? Did you recently update EE? Are the modules you mention up-to-date as well?

This is in 2.4.0.  I’ll try updating today.
