I’ve got MSM installed fine, but I’m stuck on this step:
Create the domain or subdomain using your webhost’s tools. Typically this will automatically create a new folder on the server that the site’s files will be served from. Please contact your host if you need assistance with this step.
I’ve created the sub-domain, but this does not automagically create a new folder. This is probably a silly question, but how do I setup a folder for the added sub-domain??

Sure thing! We do our best to answer ExpressionEngine related support requests within 48 hrs during the business week.
Your question is better suited to MAMP Pro support, since creating and assigning a folder to a sub-domain is well outside the scope of ExpressionEngine.
