Hello,
Can you upload your themes folder again?
Those graphics are in themes/cp_themes/default/images/rte_images so they may not have uploaded correctly.
Can you give this a try and let me know?

Hey capstonedesigngroup,
Can you tell me which version of ExpressionEngine you are currently running?
Just want to rule out any known bugs that were fixed in 2.5.2.
