I have a client (golf club) and want to use EE for them, is the non-commercial license applicable - they are not selling anything through their site, it is more geared towards members as a resource providing information, results & fixtures, events etc.

    Hey Netsmart,

It sounds like you may be able to use the Non-Commercial, but can you tell me if the club is a for profit organization? Is the golf club a free membership kind of thing, or do they make a profit?

    Thank you,

They do not make a profit. All funds raised through membership for example and green fees, contribute to the running of the club. No money is taken out of the club for profit. The club is owned and run by it’s members.

    Hey Netsmart,

Sounds good to me my friend. Non-Commercial sounds like the right license for you!

    Thank you,
