I have moved my core 1.6.3 site to a new server and so much of it works!

The formatting/style sheets for the control panel however are absent. This makes for disorganized and ineffective control panel pages.

Where do I find the settings or path information to update for this?

Well, the path for the themes folder is a lot more convoluted on this new server, but I finally got it right. So I was in the right place (Admin/General Preferences/location of themes folder) and finally got the path right.

Did you find a solution to this?

Yeah.  What does that need to be?

    I am using:
    home/username/secure.uptownbaptistchurch.org/themes/

but that doesn’t seem to work.

I went into my ftp program and figured out the exact path to the themes folder. Perhaps in your case secure.uptownbaptistchurch.org might be http://www.uptownbaptistchurch.org.

I needed the whole path starting I think with a slash.
