Is there an EE Forum Theme PSD for styling the out of the box Forum module?

I went to the following url in the User Guide: http://ellislab.com/expressionengine/user-guide/modules/forum/forum_themes.html

Where it states:

For anyone creating their own theme or modifying one, the original “PSD” version of the “ExpressionEngine Forums” graphic is available for download.

But that is actually just a PSD of the EE Forum Logo, not the Theme PSD.

Also, any advice or best practices for updating the theme is appreciated.

Hi Steve

Make a copy of the “Default” theme templates + CSS file. You can then create your own theme based on that, once done you can the upload to your EE site an use it.

Another alternative is the Scaffold theme - http://devot-ee.com/add-ons/scaffold - which you can use as a base for creating your own.
