Hi all,

Is there a way to enable the display of HTML buttons for all fields of a specific type?

If not, can I enable the display of HTML buttons for all channel fields groups at a global level?

Not to be terse, but no 😉 However, if this is something you would like to see, please make a Feature Request!

In ExpressionEngine 2.5 and above you can use the Rich Text Editor. It allows you to have a global default tool set and Members can define their own toolsets as well.

Ok, thanks for the confirmation.  The site in question is still on EE 2.4.0 so RTE isn’t an option, just yet.  Hopefully I’ll get ‘permission’ to upgrade it shortly ...
