    Hello Everyone.

First of all, please excuse my very bad english : I’m french. I will try explain my case in the most understandable way.

I work as a trainee for a Web Agency. We have to develop a project for a bank : a “CMS” that would suit their needs. Our “direction” (the people who take decisions and pay us) wants this CMS to be reusable for later projects. I am in charge of finding a solution that could save as much time a possible and that would be easy to reuse later.

We need to provide the bank employees a portal where they will be able to enter the informations about the products / contracts they offer. It should be very simple to use. They must have access to something looking like WordPress (informations to enter into input fields). We must have a control pannel where we will be able to manage users, templates, objects ...

I do not know if our project is really clear, but I would appreciate some advice. I read a lot about Expression Engine, and according to all these, EE seems to fit our need (custom fields, fully customizable templates, management tools).

Could you tell me more about how to learn mastering EE ? (There is a lot of documentation, but anything else useful for beginners ?)
How long does it take to learn ?

I would add that we are 3 developpers in my team : a collegue and I are “core” developpers (we develop functionnalities), and my last collegue deals with the interfaces (design and functionnalities integration).

    Can you help me ?

I apologize again for writing english so badly 😖 I will be happy to bring more details, if i can translate them to english.

    Thank you for your help.
