I have EE v2.3.1 and have already installed MSM but used up the allowed number of extra sites so i purchased an additional site, followed the upgrade directions, the “Create New Site” is now red again but when I click on it I receive the following error

Fatal error: Call to undefined method File_upload_preferences_model::get_file_upload_preferences() in /var/www/vhosts/logic/expressionengine/controllers/cp/sites.php on line 308

How do I fix this?

I am having the exact same problem, I just purchase my additional site for our MSM yesterday. I look forward to finding the answer as this is a rush project we are working on.

I still have not received a response about this… I no longer have the 2.1.1 MSM files. I need help fixing the new download 2.1.2 or to get access or be emailed the previous files for 2.1.1 so I can get moving on this project.

First, love the name. Love rallies and had Pig Nose WRX for the longest time that was customized. I miss that car.

Anyway. Can you give me a few details about your setup?

The bad news is that we do not offer past versions of any of our software. The answer in all cases is upgrade EE and MSM to the latest.
