I notice the change log of ver2.4.1 states:Fixed a security issue that could have caused all mailing list subscribers to be unsubscribed. I am using 2.3.1 and do not particularly want to upgrade. My question is could this be a problem, is there a way to fix without upgrading?

Hi welshartnow,
I’m afraid not. That particular fix was to the Core of ExpressionEngine. You’ll need to update to ExpressionEngine 2.4 in order to get the benefit.
