    Hi Folks,

Recently up graded from Core 1.6 (I know…) to EE 2.4.
Any how, been replacing plugins etc to get back on line.

    Everything sort of looks OK.

Problem: when I create a new entry the “Status” dropdown button that gives the option for “Open” or “Closed” is there but the options are missing.
Result is that all new entries aren’t appearing.

    Any ideas?

    Hi _SiD_,

It looks like when you upgrade from the older EE versions to the latest for some reason the statuses are not getting transferred. You will have to go back in to the channel groups and re-assign the status to your channel(s). This is the only way to get it to work. You can do this in CP under “Admin > Channel Administration > Channels”. Then click the “Edit group assignments” link for each channel to set the “Status Groups” accordingly. I hope that helps.

    Hi Shane,

It was just as mike described - go in to Channel Administration > Edit Group Assignments.
It only need changing on a few of the channels, most were OK.
    Obviously a glitch somewhere.

    All’s well though.
