I’m attempting this:

bob > can edit > bob’s page (and nothing else)
sally > can edit > sally’s page (and nothing else)
henry > can edit > henry’s page (and nothing else)

there are roughly 70 users I have to do this for. Would the only out-of-the-box way to do this be to make 70 member groups with one member in each?  Would the pixel&tonic; ‘playa’ plugin help me achieve this more efficiently?
