There is no ‘create new site’ button on our install.

I am going to upgrade from EE 2.2.3 to EE 2.4 and from MSM 2.1.0 to MSM 2.1.2 but I want to make sure that there is no restriction on your end that is going to hold up the work when it comes time to create the new site.  You can check this is for the license that ends in 4054

Recently come across this issue - you will need to download a fresh install of MSM which will include the additional licenses you have purchased.

Importantly you will only have access to these with the latest download of MSM, which is not compatible with anything other than EE V2.4 so the full update should give you what you need.

Hope that helps, i had been battling with the same thing not long ago.

    Cheers

    Hi snugghomesoftware,

Looks l8ike James too the words right out of my keyboard. You’ll need to upgrade to the latest version of EE and at the same time upgrade MSM and once you do that you should be good to go.

    Hey snugghomesoftware,

I am glad to see that Sean and James were able to point you in the right direction.

Did you give this a shot and did it work?

    Cheers,
