Installing EE locally first.

Hello, I’m new with expression engine, and I just bought my copy.

Before I create any site, I usually install it locally, prepare the design and then install it on server.

In installation I have to fill up License Number, the one I got after purchase.

I wanted to ask if this key is one time use only? and do I have to install EE directly on desired domain?

or Is it possible to install it on Wamp first & prepare it and then put it online on server?

You’ll find this config bootstrap to be of value to you in your project.  Good luck!
