There are many way to center content, ExpressionEngine offers you a blank canvas!
I can move this thread over to community for you where you will get some more direction from the community on how they use HTML and CSS in their templates. Just let me know.

EE obviously has an internal method to center templates. some of the themes are centered & others are not. why not just explain to me how that was done?
(joking sarcasm) yes, there are many ways to achieve nuclear fission! (i won’t tell you one, but others know, so good luck with that) 😊
