EE 2.3.1, when upload a file that already exist, I got the message:
A file with that name already exists. You can either choose a new name and the file will be renamed, or you can use the same name and the existing file will be overwritten.
but the window has only one button: Rename File. How I can use the same name and overwritten old file?

By not renaming it before you press button that says otherwise 😉.
The label is really ambiguous.
Change the name and the file gets renamed. Don’t change it and it gets overwritten.
Perhaps one should label it with just “Continue”.
