I’m in the control panel and I don’t have access to this tabs: Content, Design, Add-Ons, Members, Admin and Tools
I checked this http://ellislab.com/forums/viewthread/210576/ but not much useful to fix my problem.
Any ideas please?

Hi Sergio,
I’m sorry you aren’t able to access these tabs in your Control Panel.
Is your member account in the Super Admin group? What version of ExpressionEngine are you running? Can you recall abby changes that were made between now and when this last worked as expected?
