Since upgrading to EE 2.4, our template access restriction redirect no longer works.
http://moxiedesignstudios.com/portfolio is now displaying a blank page whereas before, there was this page: http://moxiedesignstudios.com/site/inprogress/
I’ve confirmed that none of the settings have been changed and the site/inprogress template is still as it was prior to the upgrade. The access to that template is totally open.
Anyone else running into this issue?

Thankfully, the solution posted fixed the issue for me.
