EE 1.6.8
Hi,
Whenever I attempt to add script or form html tags into a entry via the wysiwyg the entry will throw the following error message :
"Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE): The server closed the connection without sending any data" error message.
The server logs show the following error message :
[Mon Feb 06 10:51:49 2012] [error] [client myipaddress] FastCGI: comm with (dynamic) server "/usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/mydomain.org.uk/cgi-bin/php5fcgi.fcgi" aborted: (first read) idle timeout (60 sec), referer: <a href="http://mydomain.org.uk/cpanel/index.php?S=a32f1e05d3e3f817ebe0bd2f8cd459ef628e8337&C=edit&M=edit_entry&weblog_id=11&entry_id=153">http://mydomain.org.uk/cpanel/index.php?S=a32f1e05d3e3f817ebe0bd2f8cd459ef628e8337&C=edit&M=edit_entry&weblog_id=11&entry_id=153</a>
[Mon Feb 06 10:51:49 2012] [error] [client myipaddress] FastCGI: incomplete headers (0 bytes) received from server "/usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/mydomain.org.uk/cgi-bin/php5fcgi.fcgi", referer: <a href="http://mydomain.org.uk/cpanel/index.php?S=a32f1e05d3e3f817ebe0bd2f8cd459ef628e8337&C=edit&M=edit_entry&weblog_id=11&entry_id=153">http://mydomain.org.uk/cpanel/index.php?S=a32f1e05d3e3f817ebe0bd2f8cd459ef628e8337&C=edit&M=edit_entry&weblog_id=11&entry_id=153</a>To confirm, the .htaccess file is set to ‘SecFilterEngine Off’, so posting code via the wysiwyg should be fine.
I’ve contacted my host who’ve washed their hands of the issue stating it’s a CMS related problem.
Any ideas as to how to remedy this?
Thanks
Peter.
