After upgrading to EE2 I can no longer edit my wiki pages. I can see them and go into edit but after I have made changes, as soon as click submit of preview they are gone, nothing happens.

    Any ideas?

    Hi Angus,

I’m sorry to see you’re dealing with this issue after your upgrade. This sounds like I might be better able to help you if I’m taking a first-hand look at this. Be on the lookout for an email from me.

    Hi Angus,

I took a look at your site, and I wasn’t able to create a new page in the wiki either. I noticed you had an add-on installed that auto-generates an .htaccess file for you. Since we recommend instead using the instructions listed here for removing index.php from your URLs, I tried that instead, renaming your current .htaccess file to .htaccess-old. After I did that, everything worked just fine!

I left the working .htaccess file in place, but you’ll want to deactivate that add-on as well so that it doesn’t overwrite the working .htaccess file.

That should have you all fixed up! Is there anything else I can help with?

Great, that seems to work but I notice that the other wiki - it’s a MSM installation - doesn’t work?

    Hi Angus,

Have you configured the other non-functioning wiki correctly(docs)? Have you changed the .htaccess file for this site in the same way that Kevin mentioned?

Great - glad you got it working now. I’m going to close out this thread, but feel free to post again when you have more questions.
