The only spam still getting through our form typically has <a> tags in it.  An actual customer will never use that.  What would be a good way of blocking a form submission if it contains <a> or </a>?

I saw an freeform anti-spam for EE1 that allowed you to block words, nothing for EE2 though.

Best bet is to run a script on the form right after it submits.
Solspace has an onSubmit extension you could take a look at: http://devot-ee.com/add-ons/onsubmit (optional, of course)
