I have a client and they have a small team within the organization that needs to administer new members and assign them to certain member groups. Is there a way to make their group access only these certain member groups without being a super admin that can administer all the groups?

“News admin” group needs to be able to add and remove members to:
    “News 1”
    “News 2”
    “News 3”
    “News 4”
    “News 5”

and be restricted to these groups only.

Im pretty sure only super admins can have access to assigning people to member groups but I figured it was worth a shot. Is there anything that will get me close?

    Thanks

    Hi illustrationdan,

When you create a member group you can lock it or unlock it. If the member group is locked then only super admins can add/remove members. However if it is unlocked other groups with the necessary permissions are able to add/remove members.

    Does this help you?
