Manually change path settings

I moved my EE setup from one server to another. But now I encouter an error, caused by wrong path settings. The error I get is:

Where are these settings, I can not find them nor in the database nor in any (config) file

Hi Maarten,

The open_basedir restriction has to do with a setting in place on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider to get this cleared up. let us know that your provider has to say.
