    Heyo,

It doesn’t happen every time, but it happens most times.

I publish an entry fine. Edit it. And click save, and I get redirected back to the CP Home.
Go back, and this time it saves fine.

Go to delete it, and I get the same thing.

I am unable to reproduce this locally on my laptop with MAMP, so I am inclined to think that it is a hosting issue.

Just wanted to see if there were any thoughts or ideas of how to proceed to in debugging, as well as fixes.

EE 1.7.1 recent build, and a whole slew of addons.

    Thanks!

In my testing thus far, the only way to get a consistent presence in the backend, is to disable secure forms.
Obviously, I don’t want to do that indefinitely, but it’s a stop gap solution right now.

    Any other ideas?

    Hey AJ,

This sounds a bit pesky, so let’s cut to the chase and get a hands on look. Be on the lookout for an email from me.

    Cheers!

Credentials sent. This issue first cropped up when EngineHosting moved us back to Shared Hosting. However, the site has since been deployed to VPS, so it may have been a server configuration issue. Or it may be a paths issue on my end.

    Thanks!

    Hey AJ,

We have received your details and will be working the issue towards resolution. Once we have that solution, we will post the results back here for the Community.

    Thanks for your patience!

    Hey AJ,

I was able to get in via SFTP. I re-enabled secure forms and tried to replicate the issue, but had no luck. I left secure forms disabled in your config.php file for the time being.

If you could, since this seems to be intermittent, try to note anything that is happening the next time this crops up. Any other bits of info that might be relevant.

    Thanks!
