I’ve been randomly logged out of the EE admin area on a few of my sites that are using CloudFlare. CloudFlare inserts it’s own javascript into every page your site serves, so I wonder if this has anything to do with it? Or it could be the way it reverse proxies. Anyone else had these problems?

Yes - I just put up a site on Expression Engine 2.3.1 that I just started running through Cloudflare.  Just now it’s decided to start logging me off at random intervals but usually after about a minite.  It’s not browser specific as I’ve tried in Firefox 10 and Chrome.

Some of the publish forms were also busted, not allowing me to go to different tabs.  I disabled Google Webmaster alerts/ tools and Google Analytics that I had activated through Cloudflare apps and that seemed to sort the publish form problem - but not the random loggin out.

Would be really interested to hear if you managed to fix this…

Have you tried excluding your system using Cloudflare’s Page Rules?: http://support.cloudflare.com/kb/page-rules/how-do-i-exclude-a-specfic-url-from-cloudflares-caching

That seems to have done the job!  Thank you much for that tip - it’s not a feature I’d seen before and is obviously new but it makes a lot of sense.

I think I spoke too soon unfortunately - the random logouts still occur. It could still be Cloudflare that is causing it, I don’t know.
