I am New To EE and While I have installed EE on remote server,but Upon Checking with builtwith dot com my site Shows site Is Developed Using Expressionengine.But I wants to hide This Because The site i am developming is for Government Site,and I wants to shows that this is Not Developed With EE.

Using builtwith.com
You’d have to do some fairly major hacks to hide it, such as changing cookie names etc which builtwith.com uses to detect the CMS used.
I’m obviously not your client, but if the US state department doesn’t hide it, why should you?
