I’m looking to find out where in the site I should insert the tracking code provided by Google Adwords for both a “Contact Us” submission and a “Member Registration”.
Please advise.
Let me know if you need any details about the installation. The EE version is 2.0.

Unfortunately, this is not a technical issue dealing with ExpressionEngine, and is beyond the scope of support.
What I will do for you, is move this thread to “Community Help”, so others can lend a say and help you out.
