blank screen after install

hi support team,

after installing 2.3.1 version of EE i get blank white screen, what is wrong? no errors happened during installation process.

Hi Dmitry Romanovsky,

Can you tell us where you are seeing the white screen? On the front side, or in the Control Panel? Is this on a fresh install or an update from a previous, working installation? If you are unable to login to the Control Panel, can you open /system/expressionengine/config/config.php and set:
```
$config['debug'] = '1';
```
This will display all PHP errors, if any, that are being generated.

Hi Dan! I have debug = ‘1’ by default. I have blank screen in CP. May be any other ideas? I tried reinstall, the same effect, and no errors during install process. It’s a fresh install, nothing tricky

But now i can not login to CP, login/pass are correct but won’t let me in! Any ideas?

Hi Dmitry Romanovsky,

I’m unfamiliar with the Hash module - could you send me a link? Have you tried logging in to your CP with a different browser and/or clearing your cache?
