I’m not completely convinced this is an EE issue. But here goes anyway….
We have EE running on our webserver using php mail however since we recently replaced our mail server EE is no longer sending out email to any of the recipients. We can email the groups directly from any mail internally and externally and it will be received and delivered to the relevant inboxes. But if it’s sent from EE then it appears to disappear. I have checked our mail server queues and traffic logs and these messages are just not there.
However the engine will send out a reply to the email address used to fill in the form, can anyone tell where in need to look to see out going mail logs in EE? That way I may be able to pinpont where these are going missing.
