I uploaded all files to server, set file permissions (666 and 777), enter http://www.domain.nl/admin.php but then I get a white screen so I cannot install.

Your final sentence says “Solved !!” - is this correct?
if not, could you RE-download EE zip file and try the install again with the new files.
