    Hi,
My web is running in EE 2. Now I need translate it in second language and put it on second domain.
Design, 95% of the content will be the same, just manual translation of the content (not CP…).

    My questions:
1, It’s needed to buy Multiple Site Manager, or it’s another cheaper (or free) possibility.
2, On the second domain it’s needed to buy EE 2 licence again?

    Thank you.

    macoD,

What you outline would be an acceptable use of Multi Site Manager. You would need to make sure you are not runnig the freelance version of EE and purchase MSM. The additional domains would need to be hosted under the same the account so that the additional sites can access the first site’s EE install.

    Cheers!

    Hi, macoD,

You would purchase the MSM, and wouldn’t need to buy another EE license.

    Does that help?

    Hi macoD,

    Glad the information helped there.

If anything else crops up then please don’t hesitate to post again as needed.

    Thanks,

    Mark
