CP continually logs client out

Our client says that EE continually logs them out of the CP. They said sometimes it happens after 30 seconds, sometimes it’s after 5 minutes. The client says this isn’t happening to multiple different people in different locations but I haven’t been able to replicate it with my super admin account. Any ideas?

The site is running EE 1.7.0 Build: 20101018. Control Panel Session Type is set to cookies only.

Hi jtree,

Can you add the following to your config.php file please and see if that resolves the issue.
```
$conf['require_ip_for_login'] = 'y';
```
It sounds like your clients IP is constantly changing which would cause this behavior
