Just upgraded from 2.2.2 build 201106?? to 2.2.2 20110801. Since the upgrade, every time we click “Upload File” in the file manager, the page just refreshes, almost as if an event handler is not being captured. This problem seems to occur regardless of browser (Safari, IE8, Chrome)
We can still upload from within “Publish” or “Entries” just fine…

This is actually a known bug in EE 2.2.2. Here’s a fix that should get you squared away in no time! The fix is also included in next week’s release of ExpressionEngine 2.3.

Ahhh.. sorry about that, Kevin. I guess my search terms were sub-par! Got it and the fixed worked just fine.
