Is there a way to allow Simple Commerce notification emails to be sent as HTML instead of as Plain Text?

Is it wrong to assume that changing line #862 in mod.simple_commerce.php would do it?

$this->EE->load->helper('text');

changed to:

$this->EE->load->helper('html');

Before I go changing any code in 1st party modules, I like to ask first 😊

Under Tools -> Email configuration you can choose the default format for your emails but unsure whether that module is affected by this.

In the grand scheme of things we do not support any core changes like this but to answer your question yes it should work for you. Are you in development or is this a live site?

Have you tested it?

I tried that feature already - that did not seem to affect it.

We are still in development, but moving to a live site in about 24 hours.

did you try making that core change? If it works for you you are welcome to make a feature request for maybe a choice for this module specifically or to have the Main Email Config affect it
