How do I include a table in my page

    Sorry a really simple question I am sure. I wish to include a table in the text I upload but haven’t found the way to do it.
    Any answer would be appreciated

    Tables are a pain (and have been so in every CMS I’ve used for the past dozen years..)

    Basically you need to copy the HTML code into the EE field.  I’ve found that for that entry the field formatting needs to be set to ‘none’.

    WYSIWYG tools like WYGWAM can help ease the table management, but it’s still a pain…

    If you need to build a table on the fly, you can use Matrix or Grid Lite to create a field type that allows you to create columns and rows for storing data.
