What is the best way to display a book online (in a website format)
I was shown the following:
http://bonsaiden.github.com/JavaScript-Garden/
I really liked it, but could the above be done with EE or Mojo Motor
Or any other system ?

the above could definately be done in expressionengine. When you say display a book, are you meaning the book is in a special format already though, or just data entered into the site directly?
as for the fancy sidebar showing the current section, that’s just a jquery plugin.

Just the data entered into the site. The text would be regular text.
