Hello.
I updated EE from 2.1 to the latest 2.2.2 and all went smoothly as expected, but some of the UI bits in the control panel are broken and not clickable.
File upload doesn’t load/display, as it did previously with nothing appearing when clicking upload.
The create entry page also has issues, which I believe is linked to the same problem (attached screenshot), something to do with JQuery.
I have tried replacing the Themes folder.
Please advise.

As for the issue with Publish Layouts - unfortunately you may have to reset these. Do this by clicking ‘show toolbar’ and then click ‘Reset Layout’.
