Hello,

I’m sure this has probably been answered before and is documented somewhere, but having some difficulty finding it…

I have a 1.6.6 running 2 sites with MSM… obviously overdue for an update.  My main question, which I was wondering about all of my other sites as well:  Can I simply install the latest update to move to 1.7.1, or do I need to install every version in between consecutively?

Any additional notes that might pertain to MSM would be helpful if you know off the top of your head, but I can track down instructions there… just didn’t know about my first question above.

You’ll be happy to know that ExpressionEngine will make the version updates for you. Just be sure the read the Instructions before you get started. For you other question, the latest version of MSM is intended to be used with the latest version of EE.
