I just installed the Backup Pro module, and when I try to enter the registration key, I get an error,

Fatal error: Call to undefined function filter_var()

    .

I’ve looked around, and it looks like this is a symptom of not having the filter pack intalled for PHP.  Since we’re hosted on EngineHosting, we have no acess to an SSH shell.  Can someone install the filter pack for us?

    Thanks,
    The RBL Group

    Hi, rblitadmin,

You’ll need to contact EngineHosting support directly for help installing that pack.

    Thank you.

    Hi rblitadmin,

This issue has been fixed with the 1.6.4 update. You should be good to go after updating 😊
